Local Catch Bar & Grill
Where the locals (and the tourists) enjoy some of the best seafood on 30A. Local Catch is one of our favorites for a chill seafood meal with fantastic food and great atmosphere!
RECOMMENDATIONS: Crab Cakes, Ceviche, the Catch of the Day preferably blackened with collared greens and a Hooter Brown Ale!

Stinky’s Fish Camp
Stinky’s Fish Camp isn’t just a fun name – it’s a great place to enjoy a great meal! And, make sure to check out Stinky’s Bait Shack for a before or after dinner drink and live music most nights!
RECOMMENDATIONS: Oysters on the half shell, Stinky’s Stew, and some Bread Pudding!

Down Island Seafood Restaurant
One of the more recent additions to the restaurant scene, but a fantastic and quaint spot for a chef inspired meal! Another local spot that won’t disappoint! They also do live music at 10 pm – 1 am on Fridays.
RECOMMENDATIONS: Smoked Oysters, The Flat Bread Special, and a nice glass of your favorite Wine!

3 Sons BBQ
I know, you’re at the beach, you want seafood…but this BBQ is SOOOO good! They have a full bar, great food, games on the tvs, and outdoor seating! Seriously…go!
RECOMMENDATIONS: No Sleep ’til Brisket Burger, banana pudding, and an Idyll Hounds Double IPA!

Don Pedro’s
Shhh…don’t tell the locals you know about this place! I know, I know, it’s a Mexican Restaurant…but they serve an amazing breakfast and a great cup of coffee too! Seriously, the lunch and dinner are great, but stop by for a fantastic breakfast burrito or the churro french toast – you won’t be disappointed!
RECOMMENDATIONS: Breakfast Burrito and Churro French Toast, Grouper Tacos, Bistec a la Mexicana.

Shunk Gulley
Located in the heart of Gulf Place, Shunk Gully has one of the best patios on 30A with great seafood options, especially the Oysters!
RECOMMENDATIONS: Meyer Lemon Garlic Grilled Oysters, Tuna Dip, and Fish Tacos…and Beignet Fries!!

Papa Surf Burger Bar
Located next to Gulf Place, this recent addition to the area brings a great atmosphere under the tree canopy with live music, burgers, and drinks!
RECOMMENDATIONS: Sit on the back patio, enjoy a cocktail and your favorite burger!

RECOMMENDATIONS: Grits a Ya Ya, We Came By Boat (sushi), Pesto Redfish and Crab Cake
Coffee, Donuts, and Desserts

Heirloom Donuts
Heirloom is new and right around the corner! I like donuts and biscuits and coffee and donuts and biscuits and coffee.
RECOMMENDATIONS: Red Velvet, Maple, and the Blueberry Biscuit!

Coastal Coffee and Cafe
Located in the heart of Topsail Hill Preserve State Park, Coastal Coffee is a great place to sit with your favorite coffee drink, book, music, thoughts…
RECOMMENDATIONS: Cool off with a Cold Brew – it’s Florida, it’s hot!

The Donut Hole
Probably should be referred to as the GOAT of donut shops along 30A. It’s an institution and the donuts, the breakfast, the atmosphere…they are all quintessential to your trip to the beach!
RECOMMENDATIONS: Get an omelet…then a donut…then a dozen or so to go!

Pecan Jacks Ice Cream & Candy
Ice Cream and Candy…need we say more! The Ice Cream is amazing, the pralines are excellent, and you can’t miss with the chocolates!
RECOMMENDATIONS: I’m partial to the Red Velvet, Banana Pudding, and (adults only) Kahlua Espresso Ice Cream!
Libations

Idyll Hounds Brewing Company
One of several local breweries in the area. It’s a little off the beaten path, but worth the trip. Stop by for a beer or two!
RECOMMENDATIONS: Joe – it’s a coffee porter. Brewery Tours on Friday at 11 am and 2 pm (call to confirm).

Grayton Beer Company
Grayton Beer Co has been a staple of the 30A brewery scene for years. Their taproom is on the same road as Idyll Hounds – you can visit both in the same afternoon! 30A Blonde is their most popular brew, but all of their options are worth the drive!
RECOMMENDATIONS: 30A Beach Blonde is the go to, but the Fish Whistle IPA and the Ocean Billy Brown Ale are top of my list.

Palm Folly
Located in The District Shopping Center, Palm Folly is a unique craft Hard Seltzer brewery! They use all fresh ingredients and the difference is remarkable! You’ll never drink a White Claw again!
RECOMMENDATIONS: Arribada Key Lime and Lucky Catch Pineapple Mango Seltzer.

Lawless Coast Brewing
Another local brewery just around the corner from The Claddagh Cottage. Check out all their brews! You can bike or walk here…check out this route – path to lawless coast brewing! They will have food trucks and live music on certain nights. A great place to hang out for a cold beer and local vibes!
RECOMMENDATIONS: All beer is good…some is better!

30A Distilling Co is creating spirits for every palette…bourbon, vodka, gin, rum, and more. Drop by the tasting room to sample their latest creation!
RECOMMENDATIONS: Ciao Limoncello, Blue Mountain Bourbon Cream, Santa Rosa Citrus Rosemary Gin
